Limited Consumer Warranty

As the manufacturer of the highest quality custom golf products on the market today, Nakashima Golf, Inc. is committed to the performance and durability of our products.

GOLF CLUBS. With respect to golf clubs purchased from a Nakashima Golf Studio or an authorized Nakashima Golf dealer, Nakashima Golf  warrants, to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for two years from the original date of purchase from a Nakashima Golf Studio or an authorized Nakashima Golf dealer provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase from the authorized dealer from whom the consumer purchased the product (if requested) and (2) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

Note: Modifications to the club may void the warranty policy.  It is Nakashima Golf’s sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by such modifications.

SHAFTS. With respect to shafts purchased from a Nakashima Golf Studio, Nakashima Golf warrants, to the original consumer only, that the shaft will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for one year from the original date of purchase from a Nakashima Golf Studio, provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase from which studio the consumer purchased the product (if requested) and (2) the shaft has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS. With respect to all other products, Nakashima Golf warrants, to the original consumer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for two years from the original date of purchase from a Nakashima Golf Studio or an authorized Nakashima Golf dealer provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase from the authorized dealer from whom the consumer purchased the product (if requested) and (2) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY. If a defect in a genuine Nakashima Golf  product appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, Nakashima Golf, in its sole discretion, will (1) repair the defect; (2) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or (3) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the product is no longer available and repair is not possible upon prompt return of the product to Nakashima Golf.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. If you have warranty questions or wish to obtain warranty service, please contact the Nakashima Golf  Service Department at 1-800-455-5514. You may also contact the Nakashima Golf Customer Service Department at the number listed above to determine whether a retailer is an authorized Nakashima Golf dealer. The consumer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product. Nakashima Golf will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge.
